The seventh Dragon Ball is held by Emperor Pilaf who remains enclosed in a titanium shell. Goku eventually breaks through and with all seven balls he attempts to revive Upa`s father. En route, he must save Chao, a little girl, and her village. Episodes included are Pilaf`s Tactics, The Eternal Dragon Rises, and Terror and Plague.
