A mystery-adventure based on Chester Gould`s popular comic strip detective Dick Tracy. In this 15-chapter serial, Tracy`s brother is kidnapped by the spider gang and brainwashed into joining the bad guys. It is up to the detective to stop Spider before his brother ends with more trouble that he can handle.
