Hector Rivera and his younger brother Rubin are expert low-rider car designers, whose Devil`s Knight car has received first prize in numerous auto shows. Unfortunately, due to their success, they are murdered, and it is up to their younger sister Delia, who has been in the Persian gulf training with the U.S. Army Direct Action Team, to seek revenge.
